1. Purpose
This Policy protects learners, job seekers, employers, companies, staff, infrastructure, and the wider public. It applies to all accounts, APIs, labs, uploads, messages, posts, payments, and marketplace activity.
2. Cybersecurity lab safety
- Use tools and commands only in PEA Africa simulations or on a target you are explicitly authorized in writing to test.
- Do not use the platform to target public IP addresses, third-party domains, real credentials, production systems, or other users.
- Do not introduce malware, persistence, destructive payloads, denial-of-service traffic, credential theft, or evasion intended for real-world harm.
- Do not attempt to escape a lab sandbox, reach platform infrastructure, or bypass course or subscription access controls.
3. Platform and account abuse
You may not scrape private data, overload endpoints, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, share paid access, bypass rate limits, automate fake engagement, manipulate points, exploit referrals, reverse payments after consuming services, or interfere with another account.
4. Content and communication
Do not post unlawful, deceptive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, plagiarized, malicious, or infringing material. Do not spam, impersonate others, publish private identifiers, solicit passwords or OTPs, or send unwanted commercial messages.
5. Jobs and marketplace safety
Jobs, company claims, qualifications, compensation, and project terms must be genuine and accurate. Employers and freelancers may not request application, interview, onboarding, or equipment fees from candidates through PEA Africa. Pyramid schemes, fake internships, discriminatory targeting, trafficking, and guaranteed-income claims are prohibited.
6. Enforcement and reporting
We may warn, remove content, restrict tools, reverse abusive platform credits, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or report suspected unlawful activity. Report concerns to support@peaafrica.com. Good-faith reports are protected from retaliation.
